Real estate has never been just about transactions for Luis — it’s about preparation, strategy, and helping people make confident, informed decisions.

 

After graduating from San Diego State University in 2016 with a minor in Real Estate, Luis knew this was the industry he wanted to build his future in. Early in his career, he worked on projects involving land analysis, mixed-use developments, and investment opportunities. Those experiences shaped how he evaluates property — not only for what it is today, but for its long-term value, potential, and positioning within the market.

 

Over the past decade, Luis has supported more than 400 families on the lending side through purchases and refinances. Working behind the scenes gave him a comprehensive understanding of loan structuring, contract evaluation, and what it takes to successfully move a transaction from acceptance to closing. He believes strong transactions are built on preparation, clear communication, and strategic execution.

 

Since 2024, Luis has served as a Housing Advisor and Underwriter with the San Diego Housing Commission, helping more than 75 families achieve homeownership through down payment assistance programs. Guiding first-time buyers through complex financial decisions further strengthened his belief that when clients are educated, they move forward with clarity and confidence.

 

As a former Division I athlete, Luis brings the same discipline, focus, and competitive mindset to real estate that he brought to the field. Preparation matters. Execution matters. Results matter.
